Our service is simple. Take our quick and easy 11 question Qualification Questionnaire to qualify and register. Once approved, we'll send you a letter from a licensed mental health professional stating that you need an emotional support animal (ESA), allowing you to travel with your dog for FREE*! At no additional cost, we will also provide airlines with telephone confirmations regarding our Letter of Recommendation that an ESA is necessary while you travel.**

Our main goal is to help those with emotional, mental and physical impairments travel freely with their support animals without additional hardships. Unfortunately, many unnecessary and embarrassing hurdles are often placed in front of people while traveling with their support animals, particularly by airlines.

For example, the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) allows people to travel with their dogs for emotional support or to assist with a psychiatric condition at no additional cost. The TSA recommends that a person using an animal for assistance carries appropriate identification to show that the animal is not a pet. However, identifying your dog as a support animal is not enough proof for airlines! Airlines will not accept your emotional support or psychiatric service animal for travel in the passenger cabin with you unless you provide:

  • Current documentation (within one year from the date of the scheduled flight)
  • On the letterhead of a licensed mental health professional
  • Specifically stating that the passenger has a mental health related disability
  • The passenger needs the emotional support or psychiatric service animal as an accommodation for air travel and/or for activity at the passenger's destination
  • The individual providing the documentation is a licensed mental health professional
  • The passenger is under professional medical care, AND
  • The date and type of the mental health professional's license and the state or other jurisdiction in which it was issued

Don't be victimized and over-charged by airlines! Take our quick Qualification Questionnaire and travel care-free with your emotional support dog immediately!

* Only your support animal will travel for free. Qualifying individuals are responsible for their own travel fares.

** We do not provide formal assessments of any mental, emotional or physical impairments. We base our professional recommendations solely on the answers to our Qualification Questionnaire and other documentation, if applicable.
